Designed, implemented, and supported an accounts receivable factoring package for the community banking industry. Managed programming, training, and help-desk support staff. Developed the on-site training program and implemented regional training seminars. Created the internal network structure to allow collaborative communications between the sales, marketing, support, and administrative staffs.

Since I joined Banking Solutions in 1994, it has grown from 14 banks to 250 banks located in 23 states. Annually, this program generates over $40 million in revenue for the banks and BSI, tracking 250,000 transactions and funding over $1 billion in small business receivables.

August 1997 – Present.

Design, implement, and support Internet extensions for Banking Solutions, Inc. This includes electronic submissions of transactions, web-hosting results, and electronic submissions of customer statements to a third-party outsourcer.
